Fridays are Tasting Panel days

A case from every batch we package goes onto a shelf at ambient temp and these form our tasting library.  We get together every Friday to review our week and get the team to taste a few beers from the library to see how they're ageing, whether they're developing any faults and if they're tracking to keep their character stable on the shelf for the whole of their lives.  This week was IPA, a beer we've put a lot of work into to keep it's bright hop character stable and lasting well as it ages.  It was a big thumbs up from us with this beer tasting as fresh and good as it was the day it was canned.
